Estates and Trust Attorney

McNamee Hosea is seeking an Associate Attorney for its Estates & Trust practice area. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of substantive experience in tax or estate planning with an LLM in Taxation, preferred but not required. Candidate should be highly skilled in structuring comprehensive estate plans, preparing wills and trust agreements, and handling trust administration and probate proceedings.

Candidate must be in good standing and admitted to the Maryland bar. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, strong communication skills and superior client-service orientation.

Salary: $97,500 - $125,000 depending on experience. Semi- and Annual Bonuses (variable depending on firm and associate performance).
