What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at McNally Property Management?
Are you organized and enjoy organizing other people? Our Property Management office is looking for an administrative assistant to join our property management team, assisting our property managers and maintenance coordinators with general office duties.
This position will assist with screening applications, marketing, schedule coordination, maintaining accurate property records, data entry, communication with tenants and vendors, and possibly performing property inspections and showings.
The right applicant will have excellent time management, enjoy keeping schedules and people organized, have good communication skills, be willing to work both in and out of the office, be capable of working on their own and as part of the team. Punctuality and dependability are a must - a good sense of humor and a positive attitude are a plus!
We are looking for a minimum of one year of office experience, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook, a willingness to undergo a background check, and you must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Full-time position M-F 8:00-5:00 / pay based on experience $19-$20/hr DOE, we offer sick and vacation pay, and paid holidays along with mileage reimbursement.
