We’re adding a Senior Multi-Axis Machinist to our weekend shift team. You’ll produce precision components using CNC and manual equipment in a culture that prizes craft, innovation, and teamwork.
Schedule & compensation
- Weekend shift: Friday–Sunday
- Work 36 hours and be paid for 40
- 15% shift differential
- Location: Grantsburg, WI
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to deliver high-quality parts.
- Consistently maintain tight tolerances on critical features.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications for accuracy.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Oversee production runs, adjusting parameters to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with peers to enhance processes and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- 3 years of machining experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
- Proficiency with CNC mills, lathes, and related machining tools.
- Deep understanding of machining methods, tooling strategies, and materials.
- Strong blueprint and technical document interpretation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and reliable team contributor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications are a plus.
