We are a busy oral surgery practice looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist that will greet every patient with a smile! Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, be pleasant, and a team player. Prior medical or dental receptionist experience is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
