What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at McMurray Henriks LLP?
Immediate opening for an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of litigating in state and federal courts. We are a Plaintiff's firm but will accept both Plaintiff and defense experience. Experience in police excessive force, civil rights, and employment cases is a plus. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent research and writing skills. Second chair trial and deposition experience is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional speaking, writing, analytical, and research skills and an ability to work well with us, as well as with clients and opposing counsel. Working under pressure should come naturally to you, and you should be able to prepare pleadings and discovery with a high degree of skill.
Compensation includes benefits, base salary, and performance bonuses.
