Therapeutic Massage Practitioner

We are looking to add another AMAZING massage therapist to add to our growing chiropractic clinic in Graham! We offer a work-place environment that is friendly, positive, and community-focused. We have an established patient base and long wait list of patients needing to receive massage therapy, and are looking for someone who wants to build meaningful relationships with patients while providing great skill in therapeutic massage. Our close-knit team helps patients improve their health and wellness journeys as they recover from stress, illness, car accidents, work injuries, or pursue wellness care.

Our massage suites include hydraulic massage tables with lift and tilt-back options (because we care about your back!), warming capability, adjustable face cradle and front armrest. Compensation & Schedule

• $38-43/hour starting pay, depending on experience and clinical skill. Bonus $10/hour for certain case types.
• Part Time: 10-25 hours. Flexible scheduling with the opportunity to build.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each patient's needs.
• Perform Deep Tissue and Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish, Lymphatic Drainage, Sports Massage, Pregnancy massage, and injury recovery to address client needs.
• Incorporate stretching, cupping, scraping and other techniques when appropriate.
• Assess patient conditions and develop tailored treatment plans to manage pain and promote overall wellness while following doctor referrals.
• Communicate with patients about their comfort, goals, and progress.
• Complete accurate and professional daily chart notes.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment and treatment room.
• Work Collaboratively with our chiropractors & front-office team.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care techniques.
• Deliver exceptional care and create a warm, professional and positive patient experience to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

• WA State Massage Therapy License
• Malpractice Insurance
