Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify prospective clients interested in roofing services.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and explain the benefits of our roofing solutions clearly and confidently.
- Develop strong relationships with homeowners and business owners through effective communication and consultative selling techniques.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service packages to close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies, including warm calling and outbound calling campaigns.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of sales technology tools, sales automation technologies, and CRM systems to optimize sales processes.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and generate referrals for future business growth.
Skills
- Proven experience in technical sales or B2B sales with a focus on consultative selling approaches.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM systems for managing customer relationships effectively.
- Experience with inside sales techniques such as telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling strategies.
- Ability to adopt new sales technology tools quickly and efficiently to enhance productivity.
- Demonstrated success in deal closing within a fast-paced sales environment involving customer service excellence.
- Business development experience combined with marketing knowledge to generate new leads and expand client base.
- Exceptional phone communication skills coupled with strong client communication capabilities.
