What You’ll Do
As a recruiter, your responsibilities include:
Talent Identification & Evaluation: Engage with candidates and assess their potential through thoughtful conversations, contextual analysis, and nuanced judgment, not just resume review.
Candidate Conversations: Conduct phone interviews that go beyond surface-level questions to uncover motivations, strengths, and growth potential.
Insight Development: Turn observations into ideas. Share candidate insights that help hiring managers assess fit and long-term impact.
Continuous Learning: Reflect on hiring outcomes and share feedback that helps us refine how we assess and engage talent.

A bachelor's degree is required for this role.

Cash Compensation
Total cash compensation ranges from $103,000 - $118,000, which includes annual cash profit sharing based on company profitability.
