What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients warmly and create memorable holiday shopping experiences.
• Support the sales team with styling, gift wrapping, replenishment, and checkout assistance.
• Keep client areas elegant and organized, ensuring the boutique reflects MCM’s global standards.
• Provide hospitality and personalized service, enhancing every step of the client journey
• Assist with inventory, special projects, and operational tasks as needed.
  
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong client service skills and a passion for delivering world-class experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak trading periods.
