Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support Site Electricians to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality work
- Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to develop team skills
- Plan, organize, and coordinate daily job site activities to meet project timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, state, and local electrical codes
- Perform installations, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Enforce company safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture on-site
- Communicate effectively with project managers, inspectors, contractors, and customers
- Manage materials, tools, and job site resources efficiently

Qualifications
- Valid Maine Electrical License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Proven leadership experience in electrical construction
- Strong ability to mentor, train, and develop Site Electricians
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
