Teacher Assistant
The Teacher Assistant will assist and support the Lead Teacher, Program Coordinators, Assistant & Center Director with the overall day to day center management by overseeing and managing their classroom. They will deliver a high quality Early Childhood program, establishing professional, positive relationships with parents, children, colleagues and the community.
They will ensure the quality of care for the children. They will ensure that their program promotes the development of each child’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive development, in a nurturing, Developmentally Appropriate Environment. They will model exemplary professionalism and work within the structure outlined by our company's Policies and Procedures, and the Standards of Licensing. They will ensure safety and supervision of children at all times by meeting the physical demands of the position. Flexibility, time management and dependability are all requirements for this position.
Must be able to successfully complete the required background screenings.
