What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily on-site operations and manage subcontractors
- Ensure safety compliance and company standards
- Monitor project schedules and coordinate with Project Managers
- Conduct inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years as a Superintendent in commercial construction
- 2 years in freestanding/new construction
- Prior experience with QSR projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and scheduling
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Willingness to travel extensively to oversee multi-state projects
