We offer advanced treatments including TMS, intranasal esketamine, IV/IM ketamine, and comprehensive medication management. Our philosophy is simple: we never give up on patients. The Role
We are seeking a full-time psychiatrist to join our growing team and help shape the future of TRD care in Northern Virginia. In this role, you will:
-Lead comprehensive TRD evaluations for new patients (60-minute intakes).
-Provide ongoing medication management for patients with complex depression.
-Supervise mid-level providers (NPs and PAs) who conduct follow-ups and support TMS/esketamine care.
-Collaborate with a highly skilled team of clinicians, technicians, and administrators.
This role is ideal for a psychiatrist who wants to practice at the top of their license—taking ownership of high-acuity patient care and guiding a team that is deeply committed to patient recovery.
Schedule & Work Environment
-Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (flexible for some remote work)
-Protected lunch hour
-1:1 support from clinical and administrative staff
-Modern clinic space with 10 esketamine treatment rooms and a TMS suite
-Strong patient volume and established referral base
Compensation & Benefits
-Competitive salary: $275,000–$300,000 annually, with growth potential

Qualifications
-MD or DO with board certification/eligibility in psychiatry
-Unrestricted Virginia medical license (or ability to obtain)
-Interest in advanced treatments for depression (training provided in TMS/esketamine/ketamine)
-Experience supervising mid-level providers preferred
-Dedication to compassionate, evidence-based care
