About the Role:

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated person to join our team as a Meat Delivery & Operations Associate. You’ll start by handling daily deliveries to restaurants and hospitality clients while learning the fundamentals of butchery, meat handling, and food logistics.

This is not your typical delivery job — you’ll be part of a growing company from the ground up, gaining real skills and exposure to the business side of premium food distribution. As the company grows, so will your opportunities to take on more responsibility and move into operations, butchery, or sales roles.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver meat orders to restaurants, chefs, and hospitality clients throughout the DMV area
• Assist with loading/unloading products and organizing the cooler and warehouse
• Learn meat handling, packaging, and labeling standards
• Receive hands-on training in butchery from experienced professionals
• Maintain delivery logs and communicate with the operations team
• Represent McLean Meat Co. professionally and build positive relationships with clients
• Support day-to-day warehouse operations as needed

• Reliable, responsible, and on time — every time
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs and working in cold environments
• Interest in learning about agriculture, meat quality, and sustainable food systems
• Experience in delivery, food service, or warehouse work is a plus (but not required)
