The Superintendent serves as the chief executive officer of the district and works collaboratively with the Board of Trustees, staff, students, parents, and community members to lead all district operations and educational programs.

Primary Responsibilities:
Provide leadership for all district educational and operational programs
Work collaboratively with the Board of Trustees to establish district goals and priorities
Promote academic excellence and student achievement
Maintain a positive and supportive district culture
Oversee district budgeting, finance, and resource management
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal requirements
Support recruitment, development, and retention of high-quality staff
Build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and community stakeholders
Communicate effectively with all stakeholder groups
Support safe and effective school operations
Lead long-range planning and continuous improvement efforts
