Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and guide a diverse technical team supporting Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, and Collaboration IT services for the Joint Enabling Capabilities Command (JECC). This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage high-tempo operational requirements, coordinate directly with government leadership, and ensure mission-focused service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multi-functional IT team supporting in-garrison and deployed operations.
- Oversee service areas including Help Desk, End User Support, IT Asset Management, VOIP, VTC, COMSEC/EKMS, System Administration, Networking, SharePoint, and more.
- Translate government requirements into actionable project goals, priorities, and timelines.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and mentor team members through daily engagement.
- Apply PMI and CMMI SVCS 3 methodologies to plan, execute, and report project activities.
- Prepare program briefings, performance metrics, management plans, and status reports.
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and resource allocations.
- Implement quality assurance practices to ensure high service performance.
- Lead team hiring, mentoring, performance oversight, and professional development.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor to JECC J6 and government leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance
- 5 years of experience managing IT projects and technical teams
- Proven experience supporting complex DoD or Joint Command environments
- PMP certification (or equivalent project management expertise)
- Strong hands-on leadership style with high engagement in day-to-day operations
- Demonstrated success in customer service–focused IT service delivery

Pay: $1,350,000.00 - $1,450,000.00 per year
