Experience in hospital, security/police, emergency medical or customer services preferred 3-5 years preferred

- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Recognize, acknowledge, respect, and effectively interact with all people, establish positive relationships, and gain the trust and respect of others.
- Ability to deal with and effectively deescalate anxious/stressed people and manage aggression.

- Strong writing skills to provide and maintain documentation to support data.
