Role Description
We are seeking a full-time MRI Technologist Supervisor for an on-site position in Belmont, MA. The MRI Technologist Supervisor will oversee day-to-day MRI operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality imaging studies while maintaining patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities include operating MRI equipment, ensuring equipment maintenance, supervising and supporting departmental staff, coordinating workflow, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. The candidate will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient and accurate diagnostic imaging services, supporting patient-centered care in both research and clinical patient populations.
Qualifications
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Proficiency in Radiologic Technology techniques and standards
- Advanced knowledge of Radiology, Medical Imaging, and its applications in patient care
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to effectively supervise and collaborate with the team
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and compliance in a clinical setting
- Experience in supervising MRI operations or a similar background is highly desirable
- Ability to work on-site in Belmont, MA and manage full-time responsibilities
