Responsibilities
- Create engaging content including photography, short-form video (Reels/TikTok), and graphics
- Plan and manage social media posting schedules and write compelling captions
- Post daily content and engage with followers by responding to comments and messages
- Assist in developing and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to elevate the brand
- Support SEO/SEM initiatives and analyze performance metrics
- Track engagement, growth, and campaign performance; prepare reports and insights
- Coordinate content with the marketing calendar and ensure consistent brand messaging
- Collaborate with internal teams to align digital content with broader marketing goals
- Assist with email and web analytics to evaluate marketing effectiveness
- Pitch creative content ideas and help bring them to life
- Conduct image research and assist in updating visual assets
- Experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
- Basic photography and visual storytelling skills
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Interest in skincare, wellness, or e-commerce is a plus
