The CENTER for Human Services, a leading provider of behavioral health care services, is seeking an Outreach Screening Counselor. (Full-Time)
Responsibilities:
- Complete screenings to determine client eligibility for services in the Outreach Program
- Complete intake requirements in the Outreach Program
- Provide a variety of counseling and community support services with the emphasis on outreach services with children, adolescents, and their families within the community
- Coordination with schools and local community organizations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
- Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field preferred
- Credentialed as an MHP (Mental Health Professional) in the State of Illinois required
- Experience in community behavioral health preferred
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid Illinois driver’s license
Salary Range: $19.50 - $24.50 per hour
