Job Description

This schedule for this position is weekdays Monday-Friday 8-5pm up to 20 scheduled hours and additional hours may be available on an as needed basis. Training will be in office (Charlotte NC); once trained will work a remote schedule. The Clinical Care Partner - PRN must provide their own computer (device system requirements: Windows 10 or later, macOS 13 or later, iPadOS 17.0 or later).
Responsibilities
- Phone based assessment of client needs and refer them to providers or community resources
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and providers
- Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email
- Provide excellent customer service including follow-up
- Maintain case notes
- Comply with procedures to ensure confidentiality and security (e.g., HIPAA)
Qualifications
Requirements
- Master’s or doctorate degree
- 3 years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field
- Clinical licensure in the state of North Carolina (associate-level will be considered)
Preferences
- Comfortable working with a team
- Organized and able to multi-task and manage well under stressful situations
- Customer service experience including phone-based
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn EAP software
- EAP experience and CEAP credential
