What You'll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents.
• Dig into legal research and analysis that directly shapes case strategy.
• Advise clients clearly and confidently on their options and likely outcomes.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Represent clients at depositions, mediations, trials, and other proceedings.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to build winning strategies.

What You'll Bring

• A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active admission to the California State Bar.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• The ability to manage multiple cases independently, without missing a detail.
• Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Litigation, negotiation, and trial experience.
• Knowledge of landlord/tenant law (a strong plus).
