What You'll Do
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other key legal documents.
- Dig into legal research and analysis that directly shapes case strategy.
- Advise clients clearly and confidently on their options and likely outcomes.
- Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
- Represent clients at depositions, mediations, trials, and other proceedings.
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys and legal professionals to build winning strategies.
What You'll Bring
- A Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
- Active admission to the California State Bar.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- The ability to manage multiple cases independently, without missing a detail.
- Solid grounding in relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Litigation, negotiation, and trial experience.
- Knowledge of landlord/tenant law (a strong plus).
