We are looking for professional Automotive Sales Consultants to join our dealerships in the Midwest that sell and service multiple leading domestic and foreign brands.
Responsibilities:
- Guide the customer through the buying process
- Develop and relay a high level of product knowledge about vehicle features
- Demonstrate the operation of vehicles in showroom and via test drive
- Provide vehicles to customers through established delivery process, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty and paperwork
- Maintain an owner follow-up system that contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty and encourages repeat and referral business
- Utilize our prospecting system, making calls and sending emails to potential customers to set appointments
