Summary:
Provides administrative services to designated management and personnel.
Essential Duties:
? Performs administrative functions for department/dealership.
? Maintains confidentiality of business conversations, correspondence, reports, and records as appropriate.
? Verifies information on different transactions.
? Generate reports for the dealership.
? Data entry (ie, new loans, insurance reinstatements and cancellations, titles and denial letters)
? Answer telephones and takes messages for personnel as assigned.
? All other duties as assigned
Marginal Duties:
? Cross-trains others for this position as directed by management.
? Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management.
? Assists with related special projects as required.
? Maintains professional appearance and neat work area.
? Other duties may be assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
? None.

Education and/or Experience:
? High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills and Abilities:
? Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
? Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
? Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
? Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
? Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
? Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
? Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
? Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
