RN - Boulder Park Terrace (Skilled Nursing), Full-Time Shifts

The Registered Nurse (RN) works under the direction of the Team Leader and is accountable to the Director of Nursing. The Registered Nurse uses clinical judgment skills to diagnose and treat patient responses to actual or potential health conditions. Assesses monitors, detects, plans and takes appropriate action to prevent potential physiological complications and promotes optimal level of health. Provides medication administration, treatments, and supervision of CENAs performing ADLs. Accountable for integrating care within scope of practice licensure, relevant education and experience. The Registered Nurse Collaborates with the Care Coordinators, Team Leaders and other team members to ensure communication and timely updates on resident’s change in conditions. Utilizes Policies and Procedures to guide job duties.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- License to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
- Must be BLS certified.
