Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Respiratory Therapist located in Lansing, MI. The Respiratory Therapist will assess, evaluate, and provide care programs for patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary needs. Responsibilities include administering respiratory therapy treatments, monitoring patient progress, offering education on respiratory care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cardiopulmonary and Respiratory Care techniques
- Solid knowledge of Respiratory Therapy and related medical practices
- Strong understanding of general medical practices and healthcare standards
- Relevant licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in Michigan
- Certification through the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
