Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Norwell, MA. This role is responsible for managing the full sales cycle, including greeting and qualifying prospective clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting vehicle features and benefits, and arranging test drives. The Sales Executive prepares pricing proposals, negotiates terms, and coordinates financing or leasing options while ensuring compliance with dealership policies and regulations. Daily activities include maintaining product knowledge, updating CRM records, following up with leads, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with service and management teams, supporting showroom events, and representing the McLaren Boston brand in a professional, client-focused manner.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in high-end or luxury automotive sales, or comparable consultative sales environment.
- Strong client relationship skills, including active listening, clear communication, and professional follow-up.
- Ability to manage the sales process from initial contact through delivery, including negotiation and closing.
