About the Opportunity
MCL Talent Partners is hiring on behalf of an established, business-to-business corporate services firm in the Des Moines metro looking for a driven Benefits Sales Specialist.
Please Note: This is an active, relationship-driven B2B consulting and field sales role, not an internal Human Resources administration desk job.
Operating exclusively within the commercial market, you will connect directly with small-to-medium business owners to implement supplemental program choices for their workforces. You will work within a professional, daytime territory utilizing a structured CRM database with pre-verified business accounts—meaning absolutely no residential door-knocking, or telemarketing is required. Complete, hands-on field training and a professional coaching curriculum are provided.
If you have experience in retail sales, wireless/cell phone sales, route sales, or hospitality management and want a structured, Monday-through-Friday career track with uncapped earning potential, this is your launching pad.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct professional, face-to-face consultative meetings with business owners and key executive decision-makers.
- Customize, present, and implement commercial account solutions for corporate workforces.
- Leverage a pre-vetted CRM database to organize daily schedules, track appointments, and manage follow-ups.
- Deliver clear, professional presentations outlining program features to business teams.
- Provide high-level enrollment support and long-term relationship care to your commercial account portfolio.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal) is required.
- Strong face-to-face communication, rapport-building, and professional presentation skills.
- Self-motivated schedule discipline with the capability to manage independently.

- Valid driver’s license and dependable personal vehicle for local business-to-business travel.
