The title is Project Engineer. The real job is learning how commercial construction actually comes together — scheduling, documentation, cost tracking, and coordination — while working alongside the people who lead our projects from the ground up.
Your Day-to-Day
Project Support & Documentation
- Assist with scheduling, document control, and change management
- Coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers
- Manage submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
- Track costs and maintain accurate project records
- Collaborate with owners, architects, superintendents, and internal teams
- Participate in planning meetings, quality control, and project closeout
You're a Strong Fit If You
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Bring 2 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Field Engineer, or APM (preferred)
- Can read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Are familiar with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
- Have strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Are technically curious and eager to understand how projects truly operate
- Are detail-driven and committed to accuracy
- Are collaborative and respectful with field and office teams
- Are proactive — you don't wait for problems, you anticipate them
