Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pittsburgh, PA for a Commercial Real Estate Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the management of commercial properties, ensuring optimal operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include tenant relations, lease administration, financial management, and vendor coordination. The role involves creating operational budgets, enforcing lease agreements, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Additionally, the Property Manager will collaborate with team members to develop strategies for property enhancements and occupancy maximization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in property and facilities management, including lease administration and maintenance coordination
• Strong skills in budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection
• Experience in tenant relations, conflict resolution, and customer service
• Understanding of local property laws, regulations, and contract management
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and leadership skills for collaborating with tenants, vendors, and team members
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
• Previous experience in commercial property management is highly desirable
