Responsibilities:
As a Memory Care Certified Medication Technician (CMT), you’ll provide safe and accurate medication administration while building meaningful relationships with residents through compassionate, person-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with physician orders and State regulations.
Maintain accurate medication documentation and records.
Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.
Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care.
Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.
Promote resident independence and dignity.
Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
What We Offer:
Job Types: Full-time and Part-time positions available.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Rotating weekends
Competitive Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour.
Flexible Hours:
Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per week
Full-Time: 32 – 40 hours per week
Position Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Medication Technician (CMT) License is required.
A High School Diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of Certified Medication Technician (CMT) experience in a Memory Care setting is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.
Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
Reliable transportation is required.
