What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Carpenter position at McKnight Building Company?
I’m looking for someone to start running my jobs. An ideal candidate would possess the following skills:
wood framing, siding replacement, window replacement, general remodeling, problem solving.
Construction experience is necessary.
Ability and comfort with power tools, nail guns, and heights are necessary.
Having reliable transportation is necessary.
No drugs or drama.
We operate in Grayson, Collin, Cooke, and Fannin Counties occasionally working beyond.
This is a 1099 subcontract position.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
