The Opportunity with McKinstry

The Strategic Program Manager – Safety is a highly visible, enterprise role responsible for shaping how McKinstry keeps its people and workplaces safe across a growing national footprint. This role partners closely with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) leadership, Facilities, and business stakeholders to lead and scale critical safety programs—bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to how safety is executed across offices, fabrication shops, and field environments.

This position serves as the enterprise lead for emergency management, driving the evolution of McKinstry’s emergency preparedness framework to a more cohesive, scalable program.
