The Opportunity with McKinstry
We are seeking a Service Repair Coordinator to join our Services division in Portland, OR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Intake and track repair requests.
- Prepare quotes, including vendor research as needed.
- Follow-up with customers on open quotes.
- Process and coordinate approved work, including ordering equipment, permits (as applicable), parts and materials, and communication with dispatch and technicians.
- Research, quote and coordinate complex repairs and small projects.
- Proactively managing customer relationships to foster additional work.
- May mentor or coach other Repair Coordinator(s) as directed.
- Collaborate with and receive coaching from Project Managers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry
Strong written and verbal communication required.
Well organized and able to manage time effectively required.
Technical aptitude and basic understanding of mechanical systems required.
Basic familiarity with code requirements required.
Basic financial aptitude required.
Proficient with MS Office suite.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
2 – 5 years prior related work experience required.

The pay range for this position is $24.36 - $37.31 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is considered non-exempt and will be paid hourly. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
