  • Lead cross-functional planning efforts to ensure materials, labor, and equipment are effectively aligned to meet production targets.

  • Analyze production data, capacity models, and demand forecasts to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on schedule adherence, production efficiency, and throughput optimization.

  • Partner with operations leadership to proactively mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and improve overall manufacturing performance.

  • Establish and maintain advanced planning tools, dashboards, and visual management systems to enhance transparency and decision-making.

  • Lead weekly and monthly production planning meetings, providing insights, risk assessments, and actionable recommendations to leadership.

  • Oversee inventory planning strategies, including material forecasting, safety stock levels, and supplier coordination to ensure continuity of supply.

  • Collaborate with procurement and logistics to improve supplier performance and material flow.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while driving accountability across teams.

  • Mentor and support junior planners or coordinators as the planning function evolves.

  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Advanced proficiency with production planning, ERP/MRP systems, and data analysis tools.

  • Experience implementing or supporting Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or operational excellence initiatives.

  • Strong communication skills with experience leading meetings, presenting insights, and driving alignment.
