We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance to Manage (FTM) Consultant with strong functional expertise across core Finance modules and proven experience supporting global AMS environments. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on functional depth with strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality SAP solutions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support and configuration across SAP S/4HANA Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Treasury.
- Lead or contribute to full-cycle S/4HANA implementations, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage Application Management Support (AMS) activities handle incident queues, resolve issues, and deliver minor enhancements with a focus on process efficiency and business continuity.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, validate, and deploy custom interfaces, BADIs, user exits, and integrations with Vertex (Tax), OpenText, and banking systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between FTM, OTC, and PTP workstreams.
- Provide functional oversight and leadership for SAP AMS delivery, guiding junior consultants and ensuring SLA adherence.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of SAP FI/FTM experience, including hands-on configuration and support.
- Strong functional understanding of GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Treasury.
- Proven experience in AMS environments with ownership of incident management and minor enhancements.
- Exposure to user exits, BADIs, custom developments, and interface design.
- Familiarity with Vertex Tax integration, OpenText, and bank communication interfaces.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate across global teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with at least one end-to-end S/4HANA implementation (greenfield or brownfield).
- Leadership experience in managing AMS delivery across multiple finance modules.
