POSITION OVERVIEW:
The basic function of the Production Administrator is to assist the Vice President in charge of Production.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete all areas outlined for this position in a satisfactory manner. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to be an effective Production Administrator at McKinnis, Inc.
RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Provide the necessary assistance to ensure that all Sales Executives, Production Manager and Project Managers have the proper paperwork provided to get all jobs into production
- Setting up jobs and creating tasks for each job and assure jobs are managed and completed – profitably and efficiently
- Responsible for the Accounts Receivable (calling on collections for jobs). Bill of lading & invoices
- Pulling residential & commercial building permits
- Handle administrative tasks to keep production efficient and organized
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Required: High School Diploma, computer skills, typing, experience with Microsoft Office
- Preferred: University degree in management. With experience in Computer Ease and Microsoft Office.
PLUSSES:
- Preferred: Production Administrator that has been employed for a Construction Co. with at least $12 million in annual sales
