Responsibilities
Client Interaction: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs and providing personalized advice.
Policy Management: Assist clients with the management and understanding of their policies.
Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to initiate sales, cross-sell, and up-sell insurance products to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
Retention: Implement strategies to ensure high client retention through exceptional service and relationship management.
Documentation: Accurately complete and maintain documentation related to client interactions and policy transactions.
Requirements
Currently possess a Property & Casualty License.
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
Proficiecy to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
