Responsibilities
- Perform MIG and stick welding on heavy equipment, trailers, and related components.
- Fabricate, repair, and modify steel parts and assemblies.
- Cut, fit, grind, and prepare materials for fabrication.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Maintain welding equipment and keep a clean, organized work area.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Previous welding and fabrication experience required.
- Ability to operate welding, cutting, and fabrication equipment safely.
- Experience working with heavy equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
