Responsibilities
- Manage multiple scrum teams and projects simultaneously.
- Own project deliverables with accountability for quality, execution, and timely delivery while working with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with engineering managers to align on resource commitments and hold teams accountable for results.
- Support project planning by defining and estimating work, including tasks and stories.
- Proactively remove impediments with urgency and determination.
- Foster collaboration between teams, suppliers, architects, and engineers.
- Guide and coach teams on Agile best practices and technology where applicable.
- Play a leadership role in ensuring overall project/program success.
- 6 years of experience in SDLC, with at least 4 years as a Scrum Master for multiple teams across geographical regions.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Strong experience with project tracking tools such as Jira.
- Proven ability to lead teams, coach for higher maturity, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- Extensive project management experience with a focus on first-time-right quality software delivery.
- Skilled in planning and estimation for program increments and product roadmaps.
- Strong servant leadership qualities — inspirational, confident, and able to promote self-organization.
- Solid understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience collaborating with product managers/owners, system architects, and stakeholders to align strategy with execution.
