We are seeking a talented and innovative Mid-Level Graphic Designer to become a key member of our clients' creative team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand design solutions for a range of internal projects, including marketing materials, digital assets, presentations, and more. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure that all designs align with the company’s objectives and maintain consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio, a proactive attitude, a passion for design, and the ability to take projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop diverse marketing materials, including print collateral, digital advertisements, presentations, mailers, social media graphics, and internal communications.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and brand teams to ensure that design work is aligned with company goals, messaging, and brand standards.
- Oversee multiple design projects from inception to completion while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.
- Ensure the company’s visual identity is maintained across all internal and external materials, guaranteeing consistency and quality in every design.
- Produce high-quality visual assets for digital channels such as email campaigns, website updates, retail platforms, and social media.
- Contribute to creative concepts for product launches and brand campaigns.
- Provide design support for internal communications, employee presentations, and various company initiatives.
- Organize and manage the company's visual asset library for easy access and version control.
- Stay informed about current design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house environment.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools such as Canva.
- Strong grasp of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms.
- A solid understanding of branding principles and the ability to create compelling visuals that reflect a company’s identity.
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset as well as the ability to work independently and resourcefully.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles for digital interfaces is advantageous.
- Knowledge of animation, video editing, or motion graphics is a plus (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- Experience in web design or HTML/CSS/CMS is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Experience in luxury or editorial design is also considered an asset.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
