McKinley is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Resident Experience Coordinator to support the on-site team in delivering a welcoming and positive experience for residents and prospective renters. Position: Resident Experience Coordinator
Location: In-Person Orlando, FL 32821
Compensation: $19–$21 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact by providing friendly, professional service to residents and prospects
Assist with apartment tours and leasing activities alongside the Resident Experience Associate and Community Manager
Learn and communicate community features, amenities, and McKinley brand standards to prospects
Support community presentation by maintaining leasing paths, amenities, and model apartment readiness
Respond to resident and prospect inquiries via phone, email, text, and in person in a timely and professional manner
Accurately document interactions, service requests, and activities in Yardi and other required systems
Assist with marketing initiatives, promotions, and resident communications as directed
Complete assigned daily and weekly operational workflows
Participate in resident events and community engagement activities
Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Adhere to Fair Housing laws, company policies, and compliance requirements
Maintain flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in a customer service role preferred (property management experience is a plus)
Strong communication skills with the ability to respond effectively to resident and prospect inquiries
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, percentages, ratios, and proportions
Basic knowledge and understanding of Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunity laws
Ability to understand and follow safety rules and procedures
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for outreach and travel between communities as needed
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
Physical, on-site attendance required for all scheduled shifts
Work may involve outdoor conditions while touring the community and supporting leasing activities
Moderate noise level in typical work environments
Frequent standing, walking, stair climbing, and use of hands and arms
Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
Vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception
