Leasing Consultant

McKinley has a wonderful opportunity for you! We are looking for a charismatic and customer focused leader to join our team as a Leasing Consultant in the Ann Arbor/Ypsilanti, Michigan area! This position is with McKinley's Owned Residential division working only at apartment communities we own and operate as long-term assets.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00/Hourly Quarterly Bonus Potential Benefit Package

A Bit More About What You're Going To Do

• Provides current and prospective residents with the best possible experience while meetings sales goals and expectations.
• Greeting customers, leading tours, contacting and following up on leads. Responsible for ensuring the customer's experience is always flawless.
• Handling all sales and communication by phone, email, text and in person.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of resident communication and marketing materials.
• Uses YARDI to track availability, record traffic and leasing activities, management resident and prospect data, and capture demographic information about existing and future residents.
• Meeting sales goals and working as a team to ensure goals are met.
• Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
• Delivers current promotions and leasing incentives with enthusiasm and urgency.
• Plans, coordinates, and participates in resident events and community engagement activities.
• Serves as a brand ambassador and culture champion.
• Ability to adapt quickly and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced work environment; evenings and weekends may be required.
• Strictly adheres to Fair Housing law and compliance courses; where every applicant, resident, employee and guest is treated consistently and fairly.
