McKinley has a wonderful opportunity for you We are looking for a charismatic and customer focused leader to join our team as a Senior Sales Associate in Taylor, Michigan. This role engages in every component of sales, renewals, marketing and customer service as it pertains to providing housing solutions for current residents and new prospects.
Compensation: $50,000 Annually Quarterly Bonus Potential (up to $7,000 annually) Benefit Package
A bit more about what you're going to do:
- Understands the features and benefits of the community they are assigned to as well as
additional McKinley communities in their market and can clearly articulate the value of the
McKinley brand to the customer.
- Utilizes sales tools such as guest cards, smile sheets, sales information sheets, MRI, etc.
provided in a manner consistent with McKinley standards.
- Effectively leverages the benefits unique to McKinley Communities to differentiate ourselves
from the competition.
- Understands and executes the designated seasonality strategy.
- Consistently completes the open and close for business checklists.
- Takes personal responsibility for the quality of the presentation (picks up trash, uses sparkle
bucket, reports maintenance issues to CM promptly, etc.).
- Sets up mini-models in designated vacant apartments for purposes of touring customers.
- Posts internet ads daily, minimum number is set by leadership, and meets McKinley
standards for quality with these postings.
- Uses the marketing collateral provided to demonstrate value to the resident and provide the
solution that best fits the customer's needs.
- Stands, smiles and greets every customer that walks through the door.
- Responds to customer service requests in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
- Schedules, prepares and executes new leases with customers to ensure excellent move-in
experience. Fully educates customers on all aspects of lease terms.
- Documents all resident interaction (conversations, work orders, issues, etc.) in the renewal
tool.
- Meets all fair housing standards and McKinley standards for qualifying new applicants.
- Additional job responsibilities may be assigned.
Qualifications:

- Education and/or Experience: A minimum of 2 years sales/customer service experience is
preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
