McKinley is looking for an experienced and driven leader within the Orlando, FL area who will thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment. As Community Manager, you will create positive change in your community, with the goal of enriching the quality of life for your team members and your residents, as well as achieving bottom-line financial results for your business.
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 Salary Quarterly Bonus Potential Benefits Package
A bit more about what you’re going to do:
- Oversees all things related to the prospect and resident experience while meeting community and company goals.
- Responsible for favorable outcomes within financial, occupancy, retention, service, and people KPIs.
- Leads the team in ensuring the customer’s experience is always flawless.
- Partnering closely with Sales Leads to ensure a smooth and welcoming move-in experience for new residents.
- Cultivating growth in teams through coaching, mentoring and accountability of performance standards while maintaining a positive and motivating environment.
- Ownership of the asset and identification of thoughtful solutions.
- Champions phenomenal resident communication for all by phone, email, text, and in person.
- Utilizes and manages all company software platforms for best practice, comprehension, and consistency within the team.
- Exemplifies a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
- Plans, coordinates, and participates in resident events and community engagement activities.
- As a brand ambassador and culture champion, and embodies McKinely’s core values.
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced work environment; evenings and weekends may be required.
- Strictly adheres to Fair Housing law and compliance courses, where every applicant, resident, employee, and guest is treated consistently and fairly.
