Description:
- Assist payroll team with various general office tasks, primarily scanning, but could also include organizing file systems, filing, copying, and basic data entry.
Required Experience:
- Must be professional, trustworthy, self-starter, assertive, detail oriented, flexible to meet deadlines, willing to do a variety of tasks and work independently.
- Must have experience dealing with people, good organizational skills, and strong computer skills, including; proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous administrative experience working in a civil engineering, architectural, construction or surveying firm is preferred but not required.
- Must maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Requires an acceptable criminal record and cleared drug test.
