OVERVIEW: We are seeking an enthusiastic professional Senior Designer for our Water/Wastewater business unit in Sewickley, PA. This newly created role offers you the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the people in the communities we serve with your expertise in support of water/wastewater design projects located across our footprint. You will need to have 10 years of Water/Wastewater treatment plant experience with ability and history leading drawing development of PFDs, P&IDs, site and equipment layouts as well as process piping.

- Provides technical and design services in support of water/wastewater design projects as part of a multi-discipline project team to produce design/construction drawings.
- Responsible for completing design tasks within budget and on schedule.
- Communicates with Project Managers, Sr. Engineers and design team to complete work efficiently.
- This position is responsible for the design and layout of engineering drawings.
- Produce drawings or sketches as required.
- 10-15 years' experience, water/wastewater treatment plant experience with ability and history leading drawing development of PFDs, P&IDs, site and equipment layouts and process piping.

- Experience with civil/mechanical/structural design for water & wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and associated facilities using REVIT.
- Good technical skills required.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Methodical, precise and consistent but enjoys some variety in work schedule and can tolerate change.
- Enjoys working alone when required but can work effectively on a project team.
- Must be accomplished in computer-aided drafting in REVIT, expert in certain design areas with a project.
- Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.
- Vocational certificate or two year degree in civil technology is preferred
