The Automotive Sales Advisors primary role in the dealership is to lead customers through the car buying journey providing a high quality experience. Develop business through customer relationship management activities, interaction with service department guests, and on our lot containing expansive selection for both new, certified, and used vehicles.

- Answer customers questions with high quality answers containing up to date product knowledge, available ownership options (buy, lease, trade), and overall expertise in the automotive industry/market
- Present ownership options and utilize strong communication skills to improve customer experience and confidence in buying at McKie Ford
- Generate and confirm appointments to build overall opportunities available
- Make outbound phone calls to follow up with guests to assist during the buying process and those who have done business in the past
- Ability to build personal brand
- Exhibit great customer service skills maintaining high customer satisfaction on Manufacturers surveys
- Ability to create repeat and referral business
- Strong computer & phone skills
- Ability to adapt and be creative
- Maintain professional business attire and appearance
- High level of discipline and professionalism
- Always representing the company with professionalism, integrity, and belief in McKie Ford and the products they offer
- Must have a valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test)
- Prior sales experience is a plus
- Available to work flexible hours & Saturdays (Mon-Fri 8-6 and Saturdays 8-5)
Salary : $45,000 - $150,000
