In this role, you’ll help keep our facility running smoothly by assisting with repairs, troubleshooting equipment, and learning from experienced technicians. What You’ll Do
- Assist with maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electronic systems
- Learn to troubleshoot equipment like conveyors, dispensing units, and automated systems
- Support preventative maintenance tasks to keep our operations efficient
- Work alongside experienced technicians and receive on-the-job training
- Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for custodial supplies.
Required:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Central Fill or production environment WA Pharmacy Assistant License
- Interest in learning how to troubleshoot and repair facility systems
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office
- A team-first attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows XP/Windows 7
- Familiarity with work order systems
- Knowledge of safety procedures like LOTO and OSHA guidelines
- Technical training, trade school, or an associate degree.
- Hands-on training and mentorship
