Position Details:
- Hourly Base Rate: $32.02 - $52.11
- Hours: Night Shift
- Hours Per Week: 36 hours/week, 12-hour shifts

Job Summary:
- The LPN functions as a member of the Patient Care team.
- Under the direction of an RN, the LPN will collect data regarding a patient's status, record objective and subjective data in an accurate and timely manner and report the data in a timely manner.
- The LPN will assist the RN in planning and coordinating care, implementation of treatments and interventions and evaluations of aspects of patient care.
- The LPN accepts responsibility for individual nursing actions, utilizes current standards of practice and follows organizational and departmental policies and procedures using a high level of professional expertise, assuming responsibility for professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- One Year acute care experience highly preferred.
- Current licensure as LPN, State of Oregon.
- Current BLS.
